Welcome to LEPRA Society

LEPRA Society is a non-governmental organisation that promotes quality health care, initiatives and develops new paradigms for implementation.

It aims to support the National Health Programmes in the prevention and control of diseases such as Leprosy, Lymphatic Filariasis and other neglected diseases.

The Society focuses on improving health of the communities that are marginalised or poor, especially women and children, young people, slum populations and migrants affected by the neglected tropical diseases and makes efforts to bring about positive changes in their lifestyle. The work in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, New Delhi, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Telangana covers a population of nearly 12 million people.
